Burnouts - This is a really fast but effective workout that will focus on your shoulders and arms for the most part.  All you need is a band and a jump rope.  Complete each exercise until failure before moving to the next.  Repeat at least 3 times,…

Dinners during the week seem to be a struggle for anyone that works whether you have a family or not. So often, we get home from work, we are tired, and we just want something "quick". Unfortunately, the "quick" usually means unhealthy. 2nd Annual FOF Tubing Trip and Shrimp Boil at Adventures Unlimited

July 31, 2010 from 10am to 4pm
Save the date - the 2nd Annual FOF Tubing Trip and Shrimp Boil will be Saturday, July 31st. We will meet at 10 am to tube down Blackwater River and then head back to the Riverside II cabin for a shrimp boil. Bring your family or your friends. We had a blast last year...you don't want to miss it!

Gearing up for Camp 4 2010!!!!!!

Wow!!! Camp 4 is right around the corner!!! I am looking forward to seeing you all on Monday. Make sure that you bring a full size towel and water bottle with you EVERYDAY! Also, you may want to bring an extra water bottle or a small Gatorade for after the workout. Make sure you check out the hydration article that I posted last week.
